We decided that there should be an easier way to find out exactly what is going on with each and every loan. We put together a piece of software that allows our loan processors to stay on track with deadlines and stay organized with notes and checklists while allowing the loan originators to be able to see exactly where a loan is at in the process at anytime without all of the phone calls and emails.
