With this software that we designed specifically for processors and loan originators, our clients and processors can have more information about all of the open loans at any time of the day with less back and fourth communication with a single glance.

From seeing that the loan has been submitted to underwriting to seeing each individual condition and who is working on it. Our software will take you through the entire process of the loan with milestones, notes, and timelines on each and every individual task. For example, if you wanted to see where we are at in the title process, you could see things such as: when the title process has been started, when the title has been requested, and when the title has been received from just one glance.

We know that sometimes it can be confusing to find out who exactly is working on certain parts of a loan, so we have made it simple to see who is and what the expected timeline for that specific part is. You can also see all of the notes and comments that the processors are making so that you can always know what is going on and what trouble they are running into, if any.
