 Russell is a small business owner and commercial real estate investor with over 20 years of experience.  He holds an NMLS license in TX, OH, FL, and has a designation as a Certified Master Loan Processor. Additionally, he has several financial designations including Chartered Financial Consultant, Retirement Income Certified Professional, Chartered Advisor in Senior Living, and is a former Certified Financial Planner.  In addition to Operations Manager duties, he consults our processor team on all issues of income, tax returns, business return analysis, and insurance related issues.  He also holds a Series 6 and 63 Securities License and Property Causality and Life Health License in Texas.

For fun, he is a Certified Flight Instructor and teaches at a local flight school where he works with students seeking their initial private pilot rating all the way through their flight instructor rating.

 Richard is a founding partner of Perceptive Mortgage Processing. He has spent the last 25 years gaining experience in the financial services industry, beginning as a financial analyst in the banking world.  His background also includes the last 20 years as the owner of a financial services and insurance agency in Central Texas. His responsibilities at Perceptive Mortgage Processing include the establishment and maintenance of licensing programs and State and National compliance programs  along with navigating the ever-challenging NMLS website platform for the benefit of Perceptive Mortgage employees.

Richard graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics.  He has owned several smaller businesses and directed the path of a successful Insurance Agency.  The proud father of four, Richard claims a University of Texas graduate, Texas State University Graduate, a Tarleton State University student and a Texas A&M enrollee.

 With over 25 years in mortgage experience ranging from Processing, Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Technology, Marketing Director to National Sales Manager in Wholesale Lending. Becca truly enjoys helping mortgage professionals work smarter and choose the best options for increasing production and reducing stress. Having worked in this industry through the good, the bad, and the truly ugly, Becca is Blessed with the experience, ongoing education, and knowledge to help you jump over speed bumps and unnecessary roadblocks to truly grow your business. Becca works with a network of investors, vendors, industry leaders and stays current on the latest lending programs. Her satisfaction only comes with your growing success and insight to help you save time, money, and work smart!

Senior Loan Processor

Adrianne is originally from Louisiana and a LSU graduate. She moved to Houston during the summer of 2007 and has loved living in Texas ever since. When she is not working, her weekends are spent exploring the city with her son and numerous trips to the Museum of Natural Science. She absolutely love's science, art, travel, and being a mom. A fun fact about her is that her first job was in a microbiology lab at a local hospital in high school. She made agar plates and conducted a yearlong study on cholera. High school was also where she started pottery and has kept it up over the years. She rents a small studio space to escape too occasionally. Her dream is to teach her son about her interests and travel with him for every birthday. 

Adrianne has been in the loan industry for almost 10 years and has worked in loan auditing, processing, and underwriting roles. Additionally, she has passed the TX NMLS test and is waiting on license issuance.   She holds the designations of Certified Master Loan Processor from the National Association of Mortgage Processors and Certified in Commercial Underwriting & Processing from the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters.

IT Coordinator Specialist

Luke is a Computer Science and Cyber Security major at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. He strives to do everything in his power to streamline the processing of loans and to make certain that all of the data and personal information that the company collects is secure and safe. He is constantly in touch with every member in the team to make sure they are not having any issues and to see if there is anything he can do to make their work easier. Luke is constantly trying to learn or develop new programs to help the team work more efficiently and simplify the loan process.

Luke is a licensed pilot and enjoys spending his free time flying, riding his motorcycle, and spending time at the lake or the ocean with his friends and family.

 Ashley was born in Chicago, IL, but moved to Texas at an early age due to her father being in the military. She is the mother to one spunky little girl named Brealynn. She is a graduate of Midwestern State University with a Bachelors degree in Science while double majoring in sociology and psychology. While attending Midwestern State, she was a college cheerleader after many years of being an all-star cheer athlete. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as they mean the most to her. 

Ashley brings a wealth knowledge from years of experience in the property and causality insurance market and is still holds a State License.  Additionally, she has completed her pre-licensing education and is currently preparing to take her NMLS licensing test.   She holds the designation of Certified Master Loan Processor from the National Association of  Mortgage Processors.

Veronica grew up in the Central Texas area where she met her husband while he was stationed at Fort Hood after he returned from the first Gulf War.   She has two wonderful kids that are grown and on their own but still live locally to keep the family close.  Veronica enjoys scrap booking at a high level and all types of craft work including custom homecoming mums.

Veronica has been working in the customer service industry for 28 years and has a passion for helping others. 

She has recently transitioned to the mortgage industry and has found a new passion for helping work through the loan process as efficiently as possible. She also loves building meaningful relationships with clients and is constantly learning. Veronica enjoys interacting with clients, whether it’s overcoming an obstacle or reaching a joyous milestone. She is a firm believer in treating the customer the way she would want to be treated.

Veronica received an associate degree from Temple College and continues to pursue learning.   Additionally, she has passed the TX NMLS test and is waiting on license issuance.   She holds the designation of Certified Master Loan Processor from the National Association of Mortgage Processors and also, Certified Commercial Underwriter and Processor from the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters. 

 Loan Processor

Tiffany has been residing in Colorado with her husband and three sons for the past 13 years, after having lived in Arizona for over 20 years. In 1998, she and her husband embarked on their career in the mortgage industry, starting their own mortgage branch, where they employed a team of 10 to 50 employees. Over the years, she has fulfilled many roles in the business, including loan officer, branch manager, processing manager, and auditor. However, her passion for processing has always been at the forefront of what she truly wanted to do. They moved to Colorado to offer their boys the experience of living in a beautiful, four-season environment and to have a small-town feel.

Upon relocating to Colorado, she began working as a Contract Loan Processor for multiple companies, processing full time. With extensive experience in CONV, FHA, VA, USDA, NON-QM, and Construction loans, she has processed just about anything imaginable over the years. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and always up for a challenge, which is why she loves the industry so much.

Outside of work, she enjoys being a baseball mom to all three of her sons who play the sport. During baseball season, she spends a lot of time at ballparks watching her boys play, with one in college, another a senior in high school, and their youngest a freshman. The family even has a baseball facility on their property, showcasing their love and dedication to the sport.
